5. Returns and Replacements

Our Return Policy is strict to ensure hygiene and quality standards.

  • Timeframe: Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: Returns/Replacements are ONLY accepted for damaged products, wrong items received, or missing items.

  • No Returns For: Change of mind, taste preferences, or opened packets.

  • Process: You must email uttranchilli@gmail.com with photos/video proof to initiate a claim.
