1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement You may request a replacement or refund only within 3 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: The packet is torn, leaking, or unsealed upon arrival.

  • Wrong Product: You received a different item than what you ordered.

  • Missing Items: Your package does not contain all the items listed in your order.

2. Mandatory Proof Required To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear Photos: Images of the damaged packet or wrong item.

  • Unboxing Video: (Recommended) To verify missing or damaged contents.

3. No Return Policy for Other Reasons We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or ordering by mistake.

  • Taste preference (as taste is subjective).

  • Opened packets (once the seal is broken, the product is non-returnable).
